STUDY ABOUT MATERIAL AND FINANCIAL FUND RAISING IN THIRD SECTOR ENTITIES LOCATED IN THE CITIES OF VILA VELHA AND VITÓRIA (ES [STATE OF ESPÍRITO SANTO])

Abstract

This study is about a research made in departments of the third sector located in the cities of Vila Velha and Vitória in the state of Espírito Santo. It was sought to know the sources and forms, the area structure, the profile of professionals in charge and main difficulties as faced by investigated departments within the activities of material and financial fund raising. For the attainment of the study, a non-probabilistic sampling was made where questionnaires were applied to ten entities in the cities at hand. The activity and the fund raising area were approached in the theoretical referential in order to have an adequate notion of its importance for the continuity of such entities. The results obtained indicate the elevation on the level of professionalization of researched entities will enable them to overcome the difficulties they are undergoing.
